We all have a story of how we got here, and this week's episode is mine. 

My business was struggling, my mum and mother-in-law had died within a year of each other, we had moved overseas to start afresh and we had a baby and a toddler. And I got well and truly stuck in negative. 

This is the story of how I got myself back to happy again by remembering the happiest day of my life, and then simply feeling the warm feelings of love, joy and gratitude again and again inside me. Within 3 months I was back to happy again, something that a whole lifetime of therapy hadn't managed to do.  

After researching it I discovered that it's a 'thing' and refer to research out there from the HeartMath Institute, Dr Joe Dispenza  and more.
