Welcome to first episode of my new show, which is all about resistance and low vibrational energy, and how it can get stuck in our energy body and make things hard for us in our lives. If your life isn't working for you in the way that you want it to then you may have resistance or energy that needs clearing.
As always this is a practical episode, full of tools and techniques to help you create awareness of what's in your field and then clear it using your subconscious mind and intentions to direct the energy out.
P.s this is taken from the old title of The Energetic Universe, hence the opening introduction, but it's still useful content so I transferred it over.
