This week's episode is a bit of a passion project, as it's been a journey that I have been on myself. Like many of us I lost my own voice, opinions and words as I turned into a people pleaser. The thing is that our voice is our power, our words are our truth, and our thoughts and opinions are what will change the world. But it's only by discovering our authentic self that we will be able to do any of this.
When we speak from the heart, we speak from our higher self and when we operate from this part of us - which is the best of us - we can make great strides in our business and our life. As well as being our genuine and authentic self.
