In honour of World Mental Health Day on 10th October I decided to publish my daily cleanse meditation so that everyone can benefit from it.
I have been using this meditation for over 2-3 years and it really helps me to clear out stagnant stuck energy, feel better and even eliminate aches and pains in my body.
In fact the first time I worked with a shaman and listened to a guided meditation I was completely amazed to notice that my knees - which had been getting increasingly worse the older I got - no longer ached, and I felt incredible. In one session! By the next session they were like I was in my 20's again and they continue to be so because of this guided meditation. If I don't do the meditation every day they come back again, which is why I feel that we are absorbing energy from around us all the time, without even knowing it.
How do guided meditations work?
When you listen to it, it guides your mind into moving your consciousness (energy) around your body, releasing stagnation, stress/anxiety and trapped energy in the form of disease.
Everything is consciousness and by directing yours, you can literally transform your life, improve your health and even find more success.
There's just a short 1-2 minute introduction and then the episode goes straight into the meditation.
